General Questions

Do you have sales?

We typically run sales during major holidays and seasonal transitions. Stay up to date on our latest promotions by following us on social media and joining our email list.
How do I contact my Design Consultant after hours?

Yes!

E-mail is the easiest way to ask a question or send a message to your Design Consultant. In fact, it can be easier than a phone call during certain times of the year. Your Design Consultant's e-mail will appear on his or her business card.
Do you offer design services?

Yes!

Stop in and meet with one of our Design Consultants to gauge the scope of your project and to coordinate the best methods to keep in touch. We can help you plan and furnish your deck, or living room, or even your entire home. And we can come out to the property!
What payment methods do you accept?

Yes!

We gladly accept cash, check, debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and domestic wire transfer.
Do you offer Interior Design Services?

Yes!

Through Studio Blu Interiors. Our Interior Designers are experts at tackling larger projects beyond just furniture and accessories. They can help with architecture, space planning, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, wall coverings, window treatments, and everything for new construction and home remodels. If you think your project requires these services, stop in and we can pass on some information on to our Studio Blu team, and they will be in touch.
How do I get pricing for the brands listed on your website?
Many of the brands we carry do not sell directly to consumers, so pricing is not made readily available on their websites. However, you can simply call and ask to speak to a Design Consultant to obtain pricing, or if you've worked with one previously, you can send him or her an e-mail with the item you are looking for and he or she will get back to you.

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes!

Simply call and speak to a Design Consultant, or ask to speak to the Design Consultant you have been working with.
Do you offer Designer Discounts?

Yes!

If you are an Interior Designer, please contact a Design Consultant to complete the simple application process and get signed up for a Designer Discount.
Do you sell Floor Models?

Yes!

Generally speaking there are always a few pieces that can be sold from our floor. Sometimes when we are getting ready for the change of season we have more Floor Models than others. You can always stop in an ask one of our Design Consultants to show you what pieces are available for immediate delivery.
What is your return policy?
As with any custom product or service, we do not accept returns or process refunds on any orders. Small accessories or some stocked pieces may be returned for Store Credit only with the approval of management. We will always try to work with you towards a mutually agreeable solution.
What is your cancellation policy?
Upon receipt of your deposit, our Purchasers submit your order to the manufacturer for production. Depending upon your spot in the production queue, we may not be able to cancel your order. However, if we are able to successfully cancel you order, you may utilize your deposit to reselect another item or items.
Are you hiring?
We are always looking to add talent to our growing Blufish family. If you are interested in joining our team, please download our application and drop it off in-person along with your current resume.

Do you make charitable donations or gifts?

Yes!

We strongly believe in giving back to our community and organizations that are making a local impact. While we wish we could give to everyone, we review each request on a case by case basis. Please stop in during the week to meet with Blufish Manager, Shannon Rietzke, with any supporting documentation for your request.
Do you make house calls?

Yes!

We are passionate about delivering the same service our owners offered when we first opened our doors, which included making house calls to help plan your space! Connect with a Design Consultant to gauge the scope of your project and determine the best methods to keep in touch including visiting your home.

Blufish Questions

Do you still have your Blufish Outlet location?

No

Sadly, our Blufish Outlet location is permanently closed. However, we do offer a variety of price points of both indoor and outdoor furniture at both our Blufish and Blufish Home locations.
Do you still have a location in Cape May Court House?

Yes!

Our Blufish Home location is open 10 - 5 daily, at 1944 US-9, Cape May Court House.
Do you still offer Blufish custom furniture?

Not right now

Our own line of custom furniture is temporarily on hold and being retooled. Our current selection of Blufish furniture is available on our showroom floor.

Delivery Questions

Do you offer delivery?

Yes

We have our own Blufish Delivery Team who provide white glove delivery service. They will unwrap, inspect, and place your pieces of furniture in your empty space of choice. They will also dispose of any packaging.
Do you offer hoist?

Yes

Depending upon your unique situation, our Blufish Delivery Team can hoist or lift furniture on an as-needed basis for an additional fee. If you think you need a hoist, please let your Design Consultant or a member of our Customer Service Team know as soon as possible.
What days do you deliver?

Tuesday thru saturday

Generally we deliver locally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; when we are in our Summer season (April through September). Off-season deliveries are generally Monday through Friday.
What is your delivery area?
We proudly deliver to all areas of South Jersey and the Jersey Shore and as far north as Long Beach Island, Delaware, western Pennsylvania, and parts of Florida. We will always try and work with you to make a delivery happen, no matter the location.
How much is delivery?

as low as $99

Local delivery in Cape May County and surrounding towns is as low as $99 for an entire home of furniture. Additional fees for hoisting, lifts, etc. may apply. Your Design Consultant will calculate your exact delivery fee at time of purchase.
Where do I pick-up my item?

BLUFISH HOME WAREHOUSE

Generally speaking, if you purchased an item you are not taking with you at the time of purchase, we ask that you pick-up your item at our Blufish Home Warehouse at 1944 US-9, Cape May Court House, NJ. All pick-ups must be prescheduled prior to your arrival.

Product Questions

Where is your furniture made?
There is no simple answer to this question, it really is brand specific. However, all of our upholstery brands, our own Blufish Designs Furniture line, and Polywood are all proudly made here in the United States. For further information, check with your Design Consultant.
Do you reupholster furniture?

Yes!

But, we outsource the labor to local artisans. If you are looking to have something reupholstered, we ask that you bring in measurements and photographs of the piece to get the project started. We can then help you select fabrics, calculate yardage, and get you a quote.
Do you sell loose outdoor cushions?
We do not stock individual outdoor cushions. However, we can order outdoor cushions from any of our Outdoor Furniture vendors. If you are looking to replace your outdoor cushions or to purchase an additional cushions for a set you own, stop in with the manufacturer and model name or number, and one of our Design Consultants can help you get them ordered.
What denotes you as a Polywood Exclusive Dealer?
We have been in the business of Polywood brand polyethylene furniture for years. What sets us apart is that we offer collections, finishes, and fabrics that the big box stores and even the manufacturer is unable to offer online. Combined with our years of experience and knowledge, you won't find a better place to purchase Polywood than BLUFISH.
